Who It’s For
The Estates appeals to people who prefer a more local, everyday side of Naples rather than the tourist-facing parts of the city. The pace is slower, the surroundings greener, and the atmosphere residential and community-oriented. That said, downtown Naples and the coast are typically no more than 20 to 30 minutes away by car, so everything the city offers is still within reach.

The Everglades are closer from here than from most other parts of Naples, making it a practical base for day trips into the national park.
Shy Wolf Sanctuary
Unlike a traditional zoo, this nonprofit sanctuary provides a permanent home for rescued wolves, wolfdogs, foxes, bobcats, tortoises, and other animals that can no longer live in the wild. Tours are small and guided, letting visitors learn about the animals up close. Reservations are required and spaces fill quickly during busy season — book ahead.

A no-frills, takeout-focused Chinese restaurant on Collier Boulevard that locals keep coming back to. Chinese-American classics done reliably well — General Tso’s chicken, beef and broccoli, shrimp lo mein, house special fried rice. Generous portions, reasonable prices. Open Monday–Thursday 11am–9:30pm, Friday–Saturday until 10:30pm; delivery available.
