Exciting Updates in Naples, Florida

Following challenges from Hurricane Ian in 2022, Naples fared extremely well in comparison to our neighbors to the North (specifically Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva, etc.). For the most part, damages in Naples were limited to condominiums and homes along the beach and homes and businesses near The Gordon River. We’ve undergone significant efforts to rebuild our beaches, homes, and businesses. Most of Naples never missed a beat and most of Naples is fully recovered from the effects of Hurricane Ian.  Once again the extent of the damages were far greater in the communities North of Naples. For them it will take many years to build.
