What Life is Like in Naples, FL Right Now

With all the uncertainties right now, we can tell you one thing is for certain. Paradise hasn’t lost its charm and desirability. Folks are still enjoying all of what Naples has to offer with our temperatures still in the mid-to-upper 80s.

Naples is open; all businesses back

Our state is fully open. Beaches, restaurants, bars, malls, movie theaters, preserves, parks, and golf courses are all open.

You can sit indoors or outdoors when you dine. Because the weather is beautiful here, both options are available.

Safety still important in the community

People are still social distancing and wearing masks in grocery stores and when they enter other businesses. Additionally, most places of business are taking precautions to encourage wearing masks, sanitizing, and social distancing. Collier County commissioners voted to extend the mask mandate for businesses until April 13, 2021. Businesses who have the ability to allow social distancing for visitors are exempt.

Golf is gaining great popularity after COVID

Because our weather is so beautiful, folks are taking advantage of outdoor activities. It’s easy to social distance outside, which is why golf is gaining popularity. There’s no shortage of great golf courses. Naples, Florida is the Golf Capital of the world, with about 90 18-hole golf courses. About 30 of those courses are available to the public.

Vacation rentals and privacy

Our rentals on or near golf courses are highlighted in the Lely Resort area. Most of them are condos. Nonetheless, there aren’t lobbies, elevators, or long hallways to lug your luggage down. In our homes or condos, it’s a straight entry right into our properties with the access code we provide.

Extra precautions we’re continuing to take

We also are taking extra measures to make sure we are readying our vacation rentals for our guests. Our housekeeping team is part of our staff. We’re constantly cleaning and sanitizing our vacation homes and condos and the most frequently touched services before and after each stay.
