BrickTop’s manages to be upscale without feeling stiff, which is part of why it’s become one of the more reliably good restaurants at Waterside Shops. The atmosphere is warm and polished, the service is attentive, and the menu is broad enough that it genuinely works for most people regardless of what they’re in the mood for.

The Menu

The range here is impressive. You can start with rolled-to-order sushi or the signature deviled eggs, move on to a fresh seafood dish, a hand-ground cheeseburger, BBQ ribs, or a prime steak, and finish with dessert — all in the same visit. Side dishes like shoestring fries and seasonal vegetables round things out nicely. There’s also a solid wine list and a full bar.

The Setting

The dining room is comfortable and stylish, and the outdoor patio lets you enjoy your meal with a view of the Waterside Shops surroundings. It works just as well for a relaxed weekday lunch as it does for a weekend dinner or a special occasion.
